Advanced products, technologies and equipment linking the results of fundamental science research and market needs are created at the NTI Center.
The basic technology developed at the NTI Center is the universal screening platform (USP), which is a set of algorithms that allows to convert fundamental knowledge into a commercially valuable product with minimum expense.
The input for the USP is a physiologically important target (receptor, enzyme, cofactor, supramolecular complexes, organelle, and cell as a whole). Next, a model of directed impact on a biological object is developed. The product of the platform becomes an active substance capable of controlling the initial biological object.
Currently, the NTI Center's product portfolio consists of the following areas:
own development of API and FPPs of various therapeutic areas, services and equipment;
R&D services from the idea development to the pilot batch production of drugs, including preclinical studies;
educational services on the basis of the Institute
